The car departed Pearson International Airport (Toronto) some time this weekend, and the photos popped up on my Facebook feed this morning. No idea if it is a customer car or not, but it left Multimatic wearing Michigan manufacturer plates and looks as complete on the exterior as the one that left in July for Le Mans. On top of the paintwork, it sports the 1966 Heritage livery on gloss black paint instead of the matte black used in the press photos.
No further information was available on the car. It is most likely headed down to make its rounds through Corporate and eventually early auto journalists. Happy Monday everyone.

It is! The way the front license plate is mounted kind of ruins it, but the rest of it is spot on. Can’t wait till NAIAS/CIAS to get a proper look at it.

This could be said of any car in any state that still requires this crap.

I’ve always wondered whether applying the front plate as a sticker like in the EU would be legal in the States? I’ve seen a few cars do it in Canada without any mention of getting busted for it.

Stick on plates are a thing? I’ve seen them on various Alfas but they’re certainly not usual.

Legal, definitely not. But I think if a cop is going to stop or ticket you for no front plate, a sticker is probably not going to help you anyway.

Depending on which policeman you ask they arent strictly legal here either, although its rare you get fined for it.
